WHAT:

The Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire has something for everyone -- over 200 artisans, festival foods, locally crafted wine and beer, continuous live music on three stages, as well as a fun kids’ areas.

There is sure to be something for the entire family. Festival-goers can also enjoy a stroll along Alameda’s vibrant and historic commercial district where unique shops and restaurants will be offering event specials throughout the weekend.

Arts & Crafts… Stroll among the 200 arts and craft booths with items ranging from ceramics and metal art to paintings, photography, wood crafts, toys, handbags, clothing, jewelry, and more.

Live Entertainment… Each day offers continuous live entertainment on three stages as Bay Area favorites perform classic rock, bluegrass, funk, jazz, and soul. Featured performances include some of the Bay Area's best tribute bands.

Local Alameda Area... An expanded area on Central Avenue will be packed with family-friendly activities, an outdoor dining area, and local talent on our new third stage.

Kids’ Area… Park Street is the spot if your kids like to bounce, flip, and twirl. There will be bungee jumpers, face painting, puppet shows, and children’s entertainment. 

Festival Food… Chow down on a fan favorite Lockeford Sausages and wash ‘em back with an ice cold smoothie. Follow your nose to find other favorites including hand-dipped corn dogs, fresh kettle corn, gyros, roasted corn, funnel cakes, mango sticks, curly fries, teriyaki chicken skewers, dole whips, and more.

Craft Beer & Wine... For the 21+ crowd, there will be multiple beverage booths serving local craft beers by Alameda Brewing and local handcrafted wines.

Shop Downtown Alameda… More than 400 businesses are located in the island’s walkable downtown district. Festival-goers can enjoy a stroll through the historic downtown where unique shops, amazing restaurants, and other services are abundant and will be offering event specials throughout the weekend.

Free Valet Bike Parking... Secure bike parking will be available at the event off Alameda Avenue in the Authentically Alameda area. There couldn't be a better way to experience the street fair than by taking a pleasant ride along the charming streets of Alameda on your way to or from the event.

Parking and Transit… It’s easy to attend the Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire. AC Transit has routes across the island and provides bus transfers from Fruitvale BART. If you drive, parking is available in the Civic Center Parking Garage and on nearby streets. Getting Here
