We use 14 kt gold-filled and sterling silver metal.
Gold-filled is solid gold fused onto a base metal (usually sterling silver or brass) it is different than gold plated as it will not rub off or flake off. It's a wonderful cost effective alternative to solid gold.
If stored and cared for properly it can last a lifetime.
To brighten up your gold-filled or sterling silver pieces, gently rub with your cleaning cloth included in all orders.

We recommend removing jewelry before:
-Applying makeup, lotion, perfume, or any other beauty products.
-Bathing or swimming.
-Working out or sweating.
-Cleaning the house or using harsh chemicals of any kind.
-If your jewelry does come into contact with water, gently pat dry.

It's important to store your jewelry in a dry place; humidity is your #1 enemy. NO BATHROOM storage pretty please!
Many of my customers have sensitive skin and can wear my jewelry!
People with metal allergies are often allergic to nickel. TM jewelry doesn't contain any nickel, yay! If you try TM jewelry and it gives you a reaction please reach out.

If you shop with Tree Myriah during my site-wide gratitude sale please note your jewels will ship out by 12/12. Every gemstone is lovingly woven into your pieces by hand.
Made-to-order - We make each piece by hand when it's ordered. By committing to this practice, we minimize waste and give each piece the time and energy it deserves. Currently, we are working within a 2 week lead time for most jewelry pieces.
Some more intricate pieces take up to 8 weeks; check each listing for lead times.
If you're still unsure if your pieces will make it to you by your sisters birthday or your wedding day then Contact Tree directly to discuss a rushed timeline!

Most shipping within North America takes about 3 - 7 business days once pieces leave the studio, but actual delivery time does depend on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.
If you’re outside North America, packages may face delays at customs. Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
As we can’t guarantee any shipping times, we highly recommend ordering time-sensitive packages in advance!
Can I get my order faster than the 2 week window? Yes! We understand that sometimes you need your pieces as quick as possible. Our rush fee is $50. If you would like to rush your order contact us with your name and order #.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email or text message (depending on the info you input when ordering) with your tracking information. If you don't see an email check your junk folder. If you still don't see it reach out via the contact form on the bottom of this page.
Repairs & Returns
Yes, we absolutely take returns within 30 days of purchase.
We're here to uplift and bring more beauty into your day. If the jewels you purchased just doesn't work for you we get it!
If you purchased TM jewelry from a retailer please contact them directly on their return policy. We cannot return any items bought from a retailer.
There are a few exceptions, due to the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't currently accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Please contact us if you want to return your jewelry. We will send you a free return label.
When returning please package jewelry in a box and provide padding to protect the pieces when they ship. Tree Myriah is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment.
Please contact us if you want to cancel your order. If we have already started working on your jewelry they are subject to a 5% processing and restocking fee.
Yes! Contact us and we will start the process.
Yes we can! The cost is 50% of the retail value of the pair of earrings. Contact us to start the process.
There are a couple exceptions; if you bought small batch or one-of-a-kind earrings sometimes we can't get the same gemstones to make a perfect pair.
