How long will it take to receive my order?

Because all of my pieces are handcrafted, the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For further details, just click on the specific item you’re interested in!

Most shipping within North America takes about 3 - 7 business days, but actual delivery time does depend on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.

If you’re outside North America, packages may face delays at customs. Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

As I can’t guarantee any shipping times, I highly recommend ordering time-sensitive packages in advance!

What payment options do you accept?

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

Yes! I want you to be 100% happy with your order. Just send me an email within five days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to me within seven days of delivery and you will receive a full refund minus shipping charges.

There are a few exceptions, due to the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't currently accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is also responsible for any loss in value.

Do you accept cancellations?

I do not currently accept cancellations. I begin orders as soon as they are placed so that I can deliver them as soon as possible. That being said, if you experience problems with your order, please send me an email right away.

Is my personal information secure?

Your privacy is the of the utmost importance to me. I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information in order to:

  • communicate with you about your order

  • fulfill your order

  • perform legal requirements (like paying taxes, for example)

Where is your studio located?

I’m lucky enough to live and work in Eureka, California. However, you can often find me hopping on a bus, plane or train to explore a new city! I share all of my adventures on Instagram!
