 How long will it take to receive my order?

Made-to-order - Because here we believe in slow fashion. I make each piece by hand when it's ordered. By committing to this practice, I minimize waste and give each piece the time and energy it deserves. Currently, I am working within a 2 week lead time for most jewelry pieces. Some more intricate pieces take up to 8 weeks; check each listing for lead times. Still unsure if your pieces will make it to you by your sisters birthday? Contact Tree directly to discuss a rushed timeline!

 

Most shipping within North America takes about 3 - 7 business days once pieces leave the studio, but actual delivery time does depend on the carrier and the shipping method you choose.

If you’re outside North America, packages may face delays at customs. Any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

As we can’t guarantee any shipping times, we highly recommend ordering time-sensitive packages in advance!

Do you gift wrap?

 

Yes. We provide a beautiful jewelry gift box complete with a jewelry cleaning cloth with every order! It's perfect for gifting to yourself or a loved one.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

 

Yes! We always want you to be 100% happy with your order. Just send an email within thirty days of delivery, and we'll email you a FREE return shipping label. Ship the item(s) back to me within thirty days of delivery and you will receive a full refund as long as everything is unworn and in perfect condition. All returns are FREE!


There are a few exceptions, due to the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don't currently accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

I provide FREE return labels for all full priced orders made on the website. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is also responsible for any loss in value.

Your privacy is the of the utmost importance to me. We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information in order to:

  • communicate with you about your order

  • fulfill your order

  • perform legal requirements (like paying taxes, for example)

Where is your studio located?

 

I'm lucky enough to live and work in Eugene, Oregon. However, you can often find me tucked in a garden enjoying the bees like the garden fairy I am, hiking to a waterfall or hopping on a plane or train to explore a new city! Follow along on adventures and inspiration  over on Instagram.
