It's that time of year again, the annual end of summer (and totally FREE) North Country Fair where craft fair meets block party. I grew up in Humboldt County, so naturally it has a special place in my heart, and events in the land of the redwoods are among my favorites! If you reside in Humboldt then you've likely frequented or at least heard of the fair. I grew up going to this event and this year marks my 6th year in a row sharing my creations at it. Where: Plaza, Arcata CA
Why: Family fun, self love shopping and even a chance for early holiday presents by celebrating and supporting local crafts people!
How: Drive, ride your bike or carpool to the plaza for the day, a few hours, or the entire weekend, we can't wait to see you.

This free and family-friendly festival features 170 art and craft vendors, three music and entertainment stages, local food booths, activities for kids, and a daily parade at 1 pm.
